JASON METKA

Jason Metka was born and raised in Cincinnati Ohio. In 2005 he began tattooing and four years later in 2009 started his own shop, American Anchor Tattoo. In the summer of 2011 he came to Santa Fe to guest spot at Four Star Tattoo and fell in love with Northern New Mexico. Upon returning to Cincinnati, he sold his shop and moved out west. He spent the next year and a half tattooing at Four Star until opening Talis Fortuna in 2013. Jason is now tattooing full time at Slave to the Needle in Seattle, Washington. He periodically returns to Santa Fe to tattoo.
